Ted Dobrzynski

President

Ted Dobrzynski has nearly a quarter of a century of experience of building brands in international motorsport. He originally created F1Play as a fan-based website and it quickly evolved into a respected sponsorship marketing agency. Ted’s imagination, drive and experience makes him ideally suited to lead the VIAGP team. He has a vast network of high-profile contacts inside F1 as well as mainstream business, bringing a valuable package of skills including brand alignment, strategic marketing, sponsorship acquisition, and event management. As President, he sets the standard for the company with his positive attitude and unmatched drive to succeed. Qualities that have been instrumental to the success of VIAGP, with a commitment that is firmly built on passion.

Peter Del Nero

Vice President of Communications

Peter Del Nero’s motorsport marketing career was a natural extension of the need to fund his own on-track success at national level. His personal experience of building partnerships and providing return on investment have proved invaluable to understanding what a client really needs.
Peter’s motorsport passion led to him establishing a working relationship with VIAGP President, Ted Dobrzynski, more than two decades ago. Since then, he’s played an instrumental role in creating innovative marketing and promotional opportunities that exceed expectations.

Adrian Taylor

New Business Development Manager

Adrian’s sports marketing career grew out of his early involvement with racing schools and work as a mechanic in Formula Ford. After two years of karting to satisfy his personal racing ambitions, he moved to Finland and launched Nordic Sports Marketing – which grew to become Scandinavia’s largest sports merchandise company – as well as the successful SupportersPlace.com brand.

Adrian first met VIAGP President Ted Dobrzynski in 2005 and successfully collaborated on a number of F1-related sponsorship projects before eventually joining VIAGP full-time.

Anthony Peacock

PR Manager

Anthony Peacock’s career started off in journalism after graduating from Oxford University before moving on to head up his own international public relations and content agency, whose clients include some of the biggest automotive brands in the world. Anthony’s knowledge of global brand management and wide-ranging consultancy experience has ideally placed him to advise on sponsorship activation and marketing, while his expertise in impactful content – combined with a renowned creative flair and an enviable range of media contacts – regularly enables clients to exceed their targets. Anthony is a powerhouse of industry and ideas, who firmly believes in going above and beyond expectations: core values that he shares with VIAGP President Ted Dobrzynski and the rest of the team.

Alen Palander, an esteemed Creative Director at ViaGP, draws upon over 15 years of exceptional experience as the owner of Palander Studios, a globally renowned content production company.

With an illustrious background in Urban Design and Architecture, Alen’s influence spans beyond traditional boundaries. As an unrivalled expert in production, his vision and expertise in Motorsport and the Automotive industry are highly regarded. 

Among his other successes, Alen holds a vast global following exceeding one million on various social media platforms, showcasing his profound influence. Inspired by architecture, design, and his extensive travels, he possesses a unique ability to capture the extraordinary in everyday moments.
